It is 3 minutes walk to Cadiz Cathedral, 4 mins to Roman Theatre, 4 mins to the food and flower markets. 6 mins to Calle Ancha the start of the boutique shopping area. The sea and promenade are 4 mins walk and the nearest white sand beach is 10 mins walk. The medieval Barrio Populo is 2 mins and Barrio La Viña and its many fish restaurants including the famous El Faro Restaurant is only 10 mins on foot. There is on street and underground parking (24 hours - 9.20 euros) 1 minute from the apartment along with a taxi rank. The port of Cadiz and Ferry terminal for the Canary Islands is 2 minutes walk. Cities of Jerez and Seville are easily accessible in 20 mins and 1 hour respectively. Bus and train stations 3 minutes from apartment. This is a very spacious and comfortable apartment ideal for sight seeing holidays or longer stays.   Prices start from 275 euros per week in the low season.

* Prices for March - August 2010 will be held at this years rate if booked in 2009 with a reservation deposit. Bookings of under 7 days are calculated on a daily rate (weekly rate divided by 7 multiplied by the number of days). Minimum rental is 3 days. A supplement of £30 will be charged for bookings of under 7 nights. Long term rental prices available on request.

Changeover day
Arrivals between 1 - 6pm or by prior arrangement. Departures by 10am. No fixed changeover day.

Heating by oil filled portable radiators during winter. Hairdryer supplied. Cot and highchair by prior arrangement.

Windsurfing at Europes Wind Surf Capital - Tarifa 1 hour by car. Surf and water sports school at Sancti Petri 35 mins. The famous La Barossa Beach of Chiclana 20 mins by car.

Go horse riding on the beach or take lessons. The famous Royal Jerez Horse Academy 30 mins by car (visits and exhibitions). Easy access to the Sherry bodegas of Jerez (tours available). Visit the Flamenco and fino clubs in Cadiz and Jerez. Enjoy the wonderful tapas bars and fish restaurants of Cadiz and Puerto de Santa Maria. Go bird watching in The Grazelema mountains (40 mins by car).Fabulous shopping 4 minutes walk from the apartment. Cadiz is reckoned by many, including Spaniards, to host the best and liveliest fiestas, notably the annual Carnival in (February) and Semana Santa (Easter week), but there are many more throughout the year.

Booking notes
Bookings by phone or email. Deposit of 20% of total let fee with booking by bank transfer or cheque. Balance to be paid 1 month prior to arrival date by bank transfer. If you wish to pay the final payment by cheque, your cheque must be sent 8 weeks prior to date of entry as they take 6 weeks to clear.

We have visited Cadiz before but always been disappointed by the standard of the rental properties on offer Not this time your apartment is fabulous, spacious, immaculate, well equipped & modern my wife is in her element. We will certainly be coming back. Absolutely loved the apartment it is so central and right in the midst of everyday Spanish life. Will definitely be booking again. Still have not exhausted the array of things to do and see in Cadiz not to mention the never ending list of restaurants and this is our second visit. As usual you have made us very welcome and thank you for the advice on places to go and see. We thought about Argentina for next year but I think we will just come back here again.

Apartamento de lujo en una casa renovada del siglo 18, situado en una calle peátonal muy cerca de la Plaza San Juan de Dios.  Consiste en 2 dormitorios amplios, 2 cuartos de baño, uno con ducha, cocina/comedor y salón.  Hay varios restaurantes y bares muy cerca del apartamento.  La catedral está a sólo 3 minutos a pie, el teatro romano está a 4 minutos, la plaza de abastos y mercado de flores a 4 minutosy a 6 minutos de las tiendas de la Calle Ancha.  El paseo marítimo y el mar están a 4 minutos a pie y la playa a 10 minutos.  El barrio medieval del Populo está a 2 minutos a pie y el barrio famoso de La Viña a 10 minutos, aqui se encuentra varios restaurantes famosos con El Faro.  Hay una parada de taxi y un parking subterráneo (€9.90 para 24 horas) a 1 minuto del piso.  El puerto y el ferry a Las Canarias está a 2 minutos a pie.  La ciudad de Jerez está a 20 minutos en coche y Sevilla a una hora.  Las estaciónes de tren y de autobúses están a 3 minutos a pie.  El apartamento es muy cómodo y ideal para explorar la ciudad de Cádiz y la Costa de la Luz, alquileres a corto y a largo plazo.
